How long does shipping take?

Please check the product description page for specific shipping dates.  Soon after you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information.  Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for you package.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If we made a mistake or if you have received a defective or damaged product we will happily exchange your item for you.  Please contact us at WarriorsTalk@yahoo.com for detailed instructions on how to return your item.  We will take care of shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.  If you don't see your country available when entering your shipping address please contact us at WarriorsTalk@yahoo.com so that we can assist in placing your order. 

What do I do if I place an order but never received a confirmation e-mail?

If you did not receive a confirmation order shortly after placing your order feel free to check on the status of your order by e-mailing us at WarriorsTalk@yahoo.com
