How long does shipping take?

Please check the product description page for specific shipping dates.  Soon after you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information.  Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for you package.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If we made a mistake or if you have received a defective or damaged product we will happily exchange your item for you.  Please contact us at for detailed instructions on how to return your item.  We will take care of shipping charges.
